Founder

I’ve been a nurse since 2006 and a Nurse Practitioner since 2012. I’ve worked in the BURN ICU, MICU, PICU, primary care, urgent care, plastic surgery and aesthetics. Prevention and wellness are near and dear to my heart.

I started this clinic to treat all patients from the inside, out, through functional medicine and aesthetics, creating a welcoming environment that promotes optimized health and self care. Our mission is to help each and every patient feel their best, and most confident self!

Ashley Shaw

Nurse Practitioner

As a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of diverse nursing experience, I bring a holistic approach to patient care at Inside Out Wellness.  My extensive background spans medical clinic management, internal medicine, primary care, urgent care, telehealth, pain management, and hospital-wide infection prevention and control, allowing me to address both acute and chronic health needs with empathy and expertise.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2009 and a Master of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University in 2016. I  hold a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). I am active with the California Association of Nurse Practitioners (CANP) and currently working on a longevity medicine certification.


In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, playing with my Aussiedor, yoga, hiking, snowboarding, cooking/baking and traveling the world.
